FOC Intelligent Vector Controller
Vehicle-standard key components and a hard-protection design gives the controller excellent impact resistance. All external interfaces have anti-static protection and the control core is based upon a vehicle-grade DSP processor that observes constraints including angles and loads to ensure functionality after speed sensor failure. The software draws from AUTOSAR and has a layered architecture giving torque estimation, bus current estimation, temperature estimation functions, precise control and higher reliability. Multiple protection functions include overvoltage, undervoltage, overtemperature, overspeed, locked rotor, phase loss, overload, sensor abnormality detection and overmodulation function. The modulation degree can reach 1.03. An ASC function ensures torque safety when the power system is out of control. Loop control optimisation, 1200HZ current output frequency and jitter suppression function respond quickly, improving riding experience. The power core uses fifth generation MOSFET and the current output capability reaches 460A. Space is reduced by 60%, providing high efficiency and excellent EMI performance. The isolated CAN bus communication structure makes the external communications stability of the controller far surpass that of similar products.

Efficient and Reliable Battery
The compact structure of the battery and the all-aluminium housing make for a more efficient and reliable performance. The intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) has 6 major protection functions (overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, overvoltage, overtemperature, short circuit) and SOC management function. 4 temperature sensors detect the battery operating status in real time and the host computer manages the program and data interface. This ensures the battery pack has a high-power load capacity and life span and a standby period of over 6-months.

Smart Functionality
The TFT colour screen of the FI01 HMI displays performance and alert notifications to the rider in Chinese, English, Spanish or German. A security entry system activates the component and unlocks the drive system.
