FOREST. BREATHE EASY IN THE CITY

The Forest system powertrain is created for urban and lightweight electric motorcycles that require long-lasting battery life and consistent power. Exclusively designed for the city and commuting, the system features a high-capacity battery and provides a comfortable and technological riding experience and a long cruising range. Throttle-responsiveness, low-torque, nimble handling and power-assisted brakes help to navigate the concrete forest.

LI02 System

The drive system of the LI02 is developed to be nimble and durable. Isolated CAN communication ensures controller stability while a considered design allows the motor to withstand temperatures of up to 150℃. Innovative motor design will keep the rider moving reliably, supported by a battery that features 6 major protection functions, SOC and SOH management functions, and 4 temperature sensors.

LI05 System

The LI05 drive system is engineered for the city. Simple to control, the PMSM has a peak power output of 18kw and 180N.m of output torque shaft. The rider is kept updated with performance data by a TFT colour screen display and kept on the road by a long-life 7200Wh battery.

LI06 System

The LI06 drive system is perfectly balanced and effortlessly easy to control. The PMSM has a peak power output of 18kw and a hefty 450N.m max on-wheel torque. A long-life 7296Wh battery will keep an extended charge, while safety settings and digital data are fed back speedily to the rider via the TFT color screen display.

Our Forest system has been developed from pioneering research in our HQ laboratories and is designed to perfection. Here’s our electric motorcycle solution:

Motor

Motor: Developed for nimble handling and urban commuting, the permanent magnet synchronous motor is constructed to withstand temperatures of up to 150℃. Light, with a 3-in-1 gearbox construction, 1024 line magnetic encoder sensor, automotive-grade DSP processor, TOLL package power tube, high heat dissipation aluminium-based power board, high thermal conductivity 6063 aluminium housing and discrete waterproof connectors.

Battery

Battery: A compact structure and aluminium casing provide a more efficient and reliable battery performance and an ultra-long standby time of over 6-months. The intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) has 6 major protection functions, SOC and SOH management functions and 4 temperature sensors that ensure high-power load capacity and peak performance.

Controller

Electronic control: Independently researched and developed vehicle-grade DSP processor. The software draws on the design of AUTOSAR (AUTomotive Open System Architecture). It has a layered architecture, a combination of software and hardware, real-time monitoring of vehicle status and a compact and efficient 5th generation MOSFET power core. Isolated CAN communication ensures controller stability is far superior to similar products.
